Have your shipping email?

Open your Snug & Homely shipping confirmation and select the tracking or order status button.

  1. Find the email for your order number.
  2. Open the secure order status link.
  3. View your tracking number, courier and available shipment updates.
Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot find the email.

What happens after you order?

Order confirmed

Your confirmation email contains your order number and a secure link to view the order.

Shipment arranged

Once tracking is added and the shipping notification is sent, you receive the shipment details by email.

Follow your delivery

Check available courier updates from your order. Courier scans may take time to appear.
